60-Hour Real Estate Agent Pre-License Course

Course Description:
This Iowa Real Estate Commission-approved course is a required prerequisite for taking the Iowa Real Estate Exam. Designed as a 60-hour, classroom-based program, it is taught by highly experienced real estate professionals who will guide you through key industry concepts. Our curriculum provides comprehensive coverage of all essential real estate topics, equipping you with a strong foundation to pass your exam and launch a successful real estate career.

Pre-License Class Schedule
An individual seeking an initial salesperson license must show proof of successfully completing the required courses within the 12 months preceding their application. These courses must be completed either in person or through a live, camera-based virtual format. This requirement is separate from the 60-hour pre-licensing course for salespersons, and the courses may be taken in any sequence.

Listing Practices
May 15th 4-8pm & May 16th 8am-4pm
Refund Policy: Cancellations are eligible for a full refund if requested at least 48 hours before the first day of class. Refunds will be processed immediately. Once the class has begun, refunds will not be issued. If you are unable to attend your registered course, you may transfer your enrollment to a future class as availability permits.
